Former Valor Christian HS Coach Bret McGatlin And His Wife, Tracy Harris Are Proud Parents Of Three Children: Kenzey, Ella And Blake!

Coach Bret McGatlin’s wife, Tracy, has been a steadfast supporter of him and his coaching career while managing their family.

Bret McGatlin is a highly experienced high school football coach with a strong track record of success.

He previously coached at Chatfield High School from 2006 to 2026, where he led the team to a 4A State Championship in 2026.

Then, he moved to Valor Christian High School, serving as head coach from 2026 to 2026.

During that period, his team finished 5A State Runner-up in 2026 and made the state semifinals in 2026.

On March 2, 2026, McGatlin resigned from Valor Christian High School amid concerns about coaching turnover and tensions within the athletic department.

After his departure, a community meeting revealed underlying issues within the school’s sports culture.

Since stepping down, he has become the head football coach at Denver Christian High School on February 18, 2026.

He aims to build the program into a championship contender while fostering strong character and faith among his players.

Bret McGatlin And His Wife, Tracy Harris McGatlin, Have Been Together For 22 Years! 

Bret McGatlin has been married to since June 28, 2003. However, there is no report suggesting when and how they first met.

They have been together for over two decades and have three children: two daughters and one son.

One of their daughters, Kenzey McGatlin, is a who played for Valor Christian High School and has committed to LSU Beach Volleyball.

Likewise, their other daughter, Ella McGatlin, is a high school student, possibly attending Valor Christian High School, who once got a chance to go on a Discovery trip to Kenya in January 2026.
