Oleg Hofman, a Russian hockey player, passed away at the age of 23 after falling from a sixth-floor balcony in Moscow.
His was not violent and suggested it may have been an accident.
According to Mash, on the evening of May 17, he fell from a window of a building in Khovrino after sitting near the entrance for an hour before.
During the fall, he nearly hit a woman with a child. His friends do not believe the suicide theory, saying:

Hofman also played for several teams in the Russian Hockey League, including Moscow’s Dynamo, Sokol Krasnoyarsk, Dynamo MO, and Tula’s AKM.
He was part of the youth team that won the Kharlamov Cup in 2026. In the 2026/25 season, he played for the Kazakh team Beybaris.
