Trey Gowdy, the American television news presenter and former congressman, recently sparked rumors about a potential relationship with the late legendary sportscaster, Curt Gowdy.

Curtis ‘Curt’ Edward Gowdy was born on July 31, 1919, in Green River, Wyoming, United States, to late parents, Edward and Ruth Gowdy.

He passed away at the age of 86 on February 20, 2006, at his winter home in Palm Beach, Florida, following a prolonged battle with leukemia.

His father, Edward ‘Jack’ Gowdy, was a manager and dispatcher for the Union Pacific railroad.
