Dana Grady Flacco, the longtime wife of the NFL’s Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco, comes from a family with an athletic background.

The beloved wife of NFL star Joe Flacco, Dana Grady, was born on February 24, 1985, in Audubon, New Jersey, USA, to parents Daniel ‘Dan’ Grady and Deborah ‘Debbie’ Rambo Grady.

Daniel also earned his associate’s degree in CAD/CAM Technology from Camden County College and has been serving as a senior security developer and automation engineer at Turnberry Solutions in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, since 2026.

Prior to his current position, Daniel worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Comcast Cable in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for 14 years.

For over 19 years, Debbie has been winning the hearts of many as a caregiver, helping potential clients with her needs.

Prior to establishing her homecare company, Debbie Grady owned a photography studio named County to County Photo Services in Audubon, New Jersey, for 13 years. This studio provided photographs of properties listed for sale through the boards of Realtors for Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Salem, Mercer, and Ocean Counties in New Jersey.

Debbie also worked as a Service Department Manager of All Seasons Pool and Spa in Cherry Hill, NJ, for 2 years.
