Trevor wore a blue suit, while Katie dazzled in a shimmering blue dress as she held little Sadie, who looked adorable in a beautiful white frock.

The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, Sadie Emerald Megill, on September 28, 2026.

is more than just the wife of MLB star Trevor Megill—she has built her own identity as an accomplished rock vocalist, philanthropist, and beauty pageant winner.
Furthermore, a native of Orange County, California, Katie Wayland began her singing journey from a very young age, influenced by her father, Mark Wayland, who introduced her to the music of the great vocal legends like Aretha Franklin and Janis Joplin.
Her father, Mark Wayland, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, retired Orange firefighter, and reserve police officer, also inspired Katie to get involved in charitable work.
She was an active member of Vision to Victory, a non-profit organization that assists wounded veterans and is also active with several children’s charities.
An accomplished rock ‘n’ roll singer and philanthropist, Katie earned her Independent Music Production the University of California, Los Angeles, and served as a booking manager for The Grace Notes for several years.
She also won the Miss Orange County title at a very young age and competed for the Miss California title.
Katie Wayland Megill’s displays that she currently serves as an audio production manager at Wayland Productions, a broadcasting and media production company.

Katie Wayland Megill has four siblings named Andrew, Ally, Patrick, and Rory.
