Brittney Sykes’ mother, , currently serves as an Operations Coordinator at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School in Newark, New Jersey, a position she has held since April 2017.

As an Operations Coordinator, Regina plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school, contributing to the overall educational experience of students.

Likewise, before transitioning into the education sector, Regina had an extensive career at Bank of America, where she spent nearly 24 years as an Assistant Manager from 1992 to 2016.

Similarly, Brittney’s mother, Regina, graduated from Montclair State University. She is also an alumna of Vailsburg High School in Newark.
