MLB player Kyle Schwarber has been happily married to his longtime girlfriend, Paige Hartman, for 6 years.

Paige Hartman, wife of Kyle Schwarber, graduated from the University of Cincinnati.

After graduation, she attended Paul Mitchell The School in Cincinnati, where she received training to become a certified beautician.

She has worked as a professional beautician and even opened her own studio, though it’s unclear if she still actively practices.

Paige is also deeply involved in philanthropy. She co-founded Schwarber’s Neighborhood Heroes with Kyle, a nonprofit that supports families of first responders.

Paige helps organize events, fundraisers, and community outreach for the foundation, showing her commitment to giving back.

Baseball player Kyle Schwarber and Paige Hartman grew up in the same town, Middletown, Ohio. They met as teenagers at Middletown High School, where they were both students.

They connected as friends; however, later it soon turned into something more. In 2010, before they graduated from high school, Kyle and Paige began dating.

They were simple high school sweethearts, sharing simple moments like going to prom together, which Paige later shared on Instagram.

Schwarber and Paige continued their relationship, although they went to different colleges after high school. The baseball player attended Indiana University, while Paige went to the University of Cincinnati.

After eight years of dating, Kyle decided to take their relationship to the next level.

Kyle Schwarber started his 2018 Christmas celebrations with the best gift of his life, getting engaged to his longtime girlfriend Paige Hartman.

On Christmas Eve in 2018, he proposed to Paige, and it was the easiest yes for her.

The baseball player, Schwarber, announced his engagement to his fans and well-wishers via Twitter, showing off Paige’s ring. He wrote:

Merry Christmas y’all! I got a early gift!

Paige posted on Instagram, calling it a “perfect night” and saying she couldn’t wait to spend her life with her best friend.

A year after their engagement, on December 7, 2019, and Paige got married in a private ceremony at the Barnsley Resort near Atlanta.

The wedding was intimate, with close family, friends, and some of Kyle’s Cubs teammates, like Jason Heyward and Albert Almora Jr., in attendance.

It was a beautiful day filled with love, and their agent, Jason Romano, shared photos, saying, “Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Schwarber. What a beautiful wedding!!

In March 2026, they welcomed their first son, Kade Schwarber.

The timing was memorable as Paige went into labor the same day Kyle signed a four-year contract with the Philadelphia Phillies. Despite the busy moment, Kyle rushed to be by her side for the birth.

Later, in early 2026, the couple extended their family of three into four, welcoming their second son, Asher.
