Ramzee Robinson, a former NFL Detroit Lions cornerback and the player engagement director for the Kansas City Chiefs, has recently filed a significant lawsuit against the Chiefs.
The former NFL player, who served as the director of player engagement for the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs for almost nine years, from June 2016 to February 2026, is suing the Chiefs for unlawful termination from his job.
According , Robinson filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, Jun 17, in the Western District of Missouri.
The lawsuit accuses the Chiefs of paying “African-American business employees less than their white counterparts.”
Robinson’s complaint also states that the Chiefs fired him for ‘conduct detrimental to the league.’
As Ramzee Robinson continues to make headlines by suing the Chiefs, many are curious about his personal life, including details about his wife and kids.
Ramzee Robinson and his longtime wife, Bethany Simmons Robinson, have been happily married for 15 years. They tied the knot in June 2010.
Furthermore, Ramzee Robinson and his wife, Bethany, are proud parents of two children, son Hayden and daughter Bella.
While very little information about Bethany’s professional life is available as she prefers to maintain a low profile, her social media is filled with pictures of her longtime husband and two kids.
The couple welcomed their first child, son Hayden, in November 2011 and their second child, daughter Bella, in June 2026.

Bethany Smmons Robinson, the longtime wife of Ramzee Robinson, was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.
Her parents, Benjamin Simmons Sr. and Beverly Parker Simmons, are also both Texas natives.
Furthermore, her father, Benjamin Simmons Sr., attended O.D. Wyatt High School and later graduated from Oakwood University. He currently lives in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Similarly, her mother, Beverly Parker Simmons, is a graduate of Polytechnic High School.
Bethany Robinson is also a proud sister of four siblings, including two brothers, Charles Simmons and Benjamin Simmons Jr., and two sisters, Brittany Ann and Benaejah Simmonds.
