On the evening of Saturday, July 12, 2026, Amanda Kingery was involved in a tragic golf cart accident in or near New Palestine.

During the incident, she suffered a severe head injury that proved to be fatal. Despite efforts to save her, Amanda sadly passed away shortly after the accident.

The details surrounding the cause of the accident have not been made public yet, as authorities continue to investigate the circumstances.

Amanda Kingerly Is Survived By Her Husband, Chris, And Their Children, Delaney and Aidan!

is the wife of Chris Kingery, and Natatorium Director at Southern Hancock County Aquatics in New Palestine, Indiana.

She was a beloved resident of New Palestine, Indiana, originally from Indianapolis.

Regarding her education, she earned her nursing degree from Excelsior University and worked at Community Health Network.

Amanda was known for her kindness, dedication, and the warmth she brought into every room.

Those who knew her remember her as a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a selfless professional who made a lasting impact on her patients and colleagues alike.

Amanda’s unexpected passing has left her husband, Chris Kingery, a well-known swim coach in Southern Hancock County, and their children in deep mourning.

Coach Kingery shared a heartfelt message following her death, asking for prayers:

Saturday evening from a head injury. We are devastated by her passing and are still cannot believe she is not here. She was a devoted mom, daughter, sister, aunt and cousin. To me she was my best friend. The pain we feel cannot be measured.

Please say a prayer for her family. We lost a very special person and can use all of the strength and prayers.

I ask all of you to please tell your loved ones how much you love them. Hug them, love them and leave them no words unsaid.

The loss has also deeply impacted the New Palestine Aquatics community, where Amanda was known and loved.

Friends, athletes, and families across the area have come together to support the Kingery family and remember Amanda’s life with great affection and sorrow.

Moreover, Kingery’s loved ones organized a and his family during their time of grief.
