Jeremy Fears Jr. is a talented college basketball player for the Michigan State Spartans in the Big Ten Conference.

He was a highly sought-after recruit, earning recognition as a McDonald’s All-American and a Jordan Brand Classic winner in 2026.

Growing up in Joliet, Illinois, in a family deeply connected to basketball, he has three siblings: Jeremiah, Jamarri, and Skylar.

Then, he transferred to Arizona Compass Prep, averaging 14.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.5 steals per game during his junior season.

Jeremiah initially committed to Illinois but later decommitted and reclassified to the class of 2026, choosing to play for the Oklahoma Sooners.

He has made an impressive start to his college career and earned SEC All-Freshman Team honors in 2026.

Additionally, , starting the last 31, and led Oklahoma in scoring (17.1 points per game), assists (4.1 per game), and steals (1.6 per game). He also ranked third in rebounds (4.1 per game).

His shooting percentages were 43.4% from the field, 28.4% from three-point range, and 85.1% from the free-throw line.

Throughout the season, he scored at least 20 points in each of his last three games.

He also had a 30-point performance in the Jumpman Invitational against No. 24 Michigan, securing the win with a clutch four-point play in the final seconds.

His strong performances helped Oklahoma reach the NCAA Tournament, and his defensive skills and quick hands make him a formidable player on both ends of the court.

Regarding their father, Jeremy Fears Sr., also played at Ohio State University and Bradley University.

During his time at Ohio, he earned a spot on the Mid-American Conference (MAC) All-Freshman Team in 2005.

His experience as a college athlete gave him valuable insight into the game, which he passed down to his sons, Jeremy Fears Jr. and Jeremiah Fears.

As a father, he played a crucial role in shaping his sons’ basketball careers. He was actively involved in their training.

His guidance was instrumental in their high school and college success, as both Jeremy Jr. and Jeremiah became standout players in their respective programs.
