Football running back Rawleigh Williams III’s mother, Kim, is a CEO, Consultant, and host of the Life & Leadership with Kim Williams podcast.
Rawleigh announced that his brother Brian Williams, 24, died from complications of a heart stroke on Sunday, May 18, 2026.
He took to his official handle and wrote,
B you are my heart. The BEST version of us in every single way B. I don’t think I can make it without you but I’m going to try for our parents and our sister. I love you brother
Brian was a former Bishop Dunne and Texas A&M football standout. He earned first-team all-state honors and set a school record with 23 career interceptions, four of which he returned for touchdowns.
He also scored twice on punt returns while helping lead Bishop Dunne to a TAPPS Division I state championship.
Williams played three seasons at Texas A&M, appearing in 10 games in 2019 and 2026. Texas A&M released a and mourned the death of Brian.
“The Texas A&M Football Family is heartbroken by the sudden passing of Brian Williams. Brian was a beloved son, brother, teammate, and Aggie. He was an outstanding young man, on and off the field, and will be missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Williams family.”
Bishop Dunne High School also released a statement.
“While we post a number of Falcon family deaths, it is especially difficult when we must share the death of someone who leaves us so early in life. Brian Williams ’19, who graduated with an engineering degree from Texas A&M last year, passed away due to a severe heat stroke during a half marathon last weekend, according to his brother Rawleigh.”
Rawleigh Williams III’s Parents Are Mourning The Death Of Brian Williams
Born on August 28, 1996, in Dallas, Texas, Rawleigh Williams III, 29, is the son of Rawleigh Williams Jr. and Kim Williams.
Rawleigh and Kim always supported their son Rawleigh III and Brian in achieving their football dreams.
In March 2026, Kim and Rawleigh Jr. celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary. Kim took to her , shared a glimpse, and wrote,
Sunday, we celebrated 29 years of marriage. 29 years ago, I couldn’t of imagined the life we would build. We were two very different people from pretty different backgrounds joined together by love, laughter, and a desire to build a new legacy for our families. The first few years we worked hard to get on the same page and build up the trust and faith that we needed to secure a strong foundation, but once we did we created a beautiful and blessed partnership full of bow, passion, and purpose that still makes me giddy when I look at him and still makes me incredibly proud when I think of him. I thank God for my husband and family every day and I look forward to 29 more years by God’s grace. I enjoyed a great evening @monarchrestaurants, looking at the lovely views and reflecting on a wonderful journey. #happy anniversary @kimberlyandc
As per Kim’s Instagram handle, she is the CEO and host of the Life & Leadership with Kim Williams podcast.
On May 19, 2026, Kim took to her official Instagram handle and mourned the death of Brian Williams. She wrote,
I cannot believe you are gone. Our hearts hurt more than words can say. You were the best human we knew – the kindest, purest in heart, and most humble despite all you accomplished. You loved God and you loved us. Now, you are with him – total peace, total joy, – watching over us. We love you and we will see you again.
She also announced the schedule through her social media handle.
Brian’s funeral will be held on Friday, May 23, 2026, at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas.
On the other hand, Rawleigh’s father has been staying out of the media spotlight, but he is also mourning the death of his son, Brian.
Rawleigh III’s father, Rawleigh Jr, is a member of the Dallas Police.
Earlier on July 7, 2016, when Rawleigh III was going through summer conditioning drills at the University of Arkansas while preparing for his return to the field, he learned that a lone gunman had killed five Dallas police officers.
Rawleigh III , and the conversation was buried. He thankfully learned that his father was safe and at home.
Rawleigh Williams III’s Sister, Alyssa Williams, Is A Volleyball Player
Rawleigh Williams has one sister, Alyssa Williams, an emerging volleyball talent from Red Oak High School in Red Oak, Texas.
She plays for the girls’ varsity team as a right-side and outside hitter.
A , Alyssa wears jersey #19 and has already started to make her mark on the court with consistent offensive contributions.
During the 2026 season, she recorded multiple standout performances, including a 10-kill game against Chaparral and solid outings against Crandall, Terrell, Corsicana, and Midlothian Heritage.
Her playing experience includes time with BDHS Varsity Volleyball in Dallas during the 2026-2026 season.
On May 19, 2026, Alyssa took to her official handle to mourn the tragic death of her brother, Brian. She wrote,
To my twin, you were the one the greatest people in my life. Everything you did you did it well no matter if you wanted to or not. You were a bright light to everyone around you and made a big impact for everybody. I hate that you had to go so soon but get your rest brother. I will take care of mom, dad, rj, and kennedy for you. Please watch over us twin. I love you forever ❤️
